I don't think that he's fine at all! I reckon he would like everyone to believe that he is however. There are various news reports
which suggest differently... Finally someone's being receptive to something
around here... The reports which have been in circulation state that Dr.
Arnold Klein has been subpoenaed! Accordingly, he's been summoned to produce his person in person--in front of the California
Medical Board--for a hearing.
I can recall the early days when I faced some fierce opposition as to the validity of some statements I had made regarding the fact that Dr. Arnold Klein had administered Demerol to Michael. Many people actually came to my Facebook Page INX (INSANITY NEXXXT) to take stabs at the data which I presented. I based my conclusions on video evidence from none other than Dr. Arnold Klein himself and various news reports which all pointed to the fact that Dr. Arnold Klein had in fact administered Demerol to Michael Jackson in the final months and days of his life. I promise this will shock and baffle you. He actually says one thing in this video and says something totally different in the video below. Pay special attention to the first 15 minutes of this TMZ video and focus your attention on around the 12 minute mark.

During the Conrad Murray Involuntary Manslaughter Trial many details came to light regarding the medical care which Dr. Arnold Klein rendered to Michael Jackson. Although many are still under the impression that because there was no trace of Demerol in Michael's autopsy that it was impossible for him to have had issues with Demerol or to have even taken it. I don't understand why people would think that this was at all impossible. The evidence dictates that this is actually what occurred here.
Moving forward the thought process of totally disregarding the fact that Michael was given Demerol by Dr. Arnold Klein is very illogical. I refuse to get into the semantics of how this would actually be possible as it is unnecessary. What I will do however is just state this. If Michael had taken Demerol on June 23rd, 2009 which would have been two days before his death more than likely it would not be in his system for an autopsy. I will also state this for the record, hair samples were taken from Michael post death the results of such testing were never released to the public. I would also like to add that Michael's brain tissue results as far as drug testing were not listed in that autopsy. I would also like to remind you that it took a period of seven months before the actual autopsy was released to the public. Last but not least let's not forget about the Jackson Family. The Jackson Family indeed did an additional autopsy on Michael and did not release the results. Below is a copy of Michael's autopsy:

Demerol abuse can lead to an addiction as the body develops a tolerance to its effects. The more of the drug that is taken, the stronger the effects are felt in the beginning. Over time, however, the same amount of Demerol will not lead to the same feelings or pain relief, requiring more of the drug to achieve the goal. Howard Weitzman was my lawyer during the Botox trial, he knew the truth when Hoefflin pointed to me. Weitzman knew what Hoefflin was saying regarding me and propofol was unfounded in that he represented Michael during the first molestation trial and interviewed me extensively Allegations about me teaching Murray to give Propofol ( i never used it without an anestheologist) or Jason being Michael Jackson’s lover are ridiculous. Did you or anyone affiliated/associated with your medical practice misrepresent the totality of the medical billing for visits and services rendered? Regarding the services rendered to Michael Jackson allegedly for dates which you have listed in your billing requisition submitted to The Estate of Michael Jackson you admitted that you gave Michael Jackson Demerol because you had no other option! In April there's even an after hour call which you billed for. What was the purpose of this visit? Did you administer Demerol to Michael Jackson during this after hour visit? Even if you were indeed out of the country during May did anyone from your practice with your prior authorization give Michael treatment for anything? Are you suggesting that Michael Jackson was the patient of other medical providers in your practice as well? And if you were indeed out of the country who authorized Michael's treatment in your absence? If Michael was seeing other medical providers where are their medical records to substantiate this? Wouldn't they have documented records regarding their treatment rendered to Michael during your absence?

Doctors Weigh In On Botox Pain

It's highly unorthodox to give a patient Demerol for a series of Botox injections. Can you answer why you did this? You could have just as easily given Michael a numbing agent so that he didn't feel the work you were going to do but did you do this--NO! You could have given Michael a simple sedative to calm him and started to do the procedure. The fact remains Demerol is a narcotic pain reliever! I am only going to address the Botox because the Restylane basically had the same feedback.
I am open to the fact that every case is different and some people are more sensitive than others. However, for these people they have other options as opposed to Demerol. There are other sedation options as many have seen. There was ample discussion concerning sedation and sedatives during the Conrad Murray Involuntary Manslaughter Trial. I am no physician therefore I defer to the doctors. They are my guide when trying to ascertain just what the general consensus is. This is regarding the treatment for any kind of surgically invasive or non-invasive procedures. However, I am not seeing anything which would justify what Dr. Arnold Klein did here.

Here is an excerpt from Mrs. Jackson's wrongful death lawsuit against AEG. In this document it is alleged that on June 18th AEG told Michael to cease seeing Dr. Klein and stop taking any medications which Dr. Klein prescribed for him.
According to Mrs. Jackson's document AEG alleges that Dr. Klein's medications made Michael lethargic. At this point the document alleges that AEG instructed Michael to follow Dr. Conrad Murray's orders. The date according to this document was June 18th, 2009. From this particular day the document alleges that Michael was to work with Conrad Murray and that no further failures to perform would be allowed. And that if this were to be the case that Michael would be liable for all advances which AEG had furnished him with.

The DEA had been investigating Dr. Arnold Klein all along. From the allegations of self prescribing to his prescription practices concerning Michael Jackson. In a desperate and feeble attempt to save face Dr. Arnold Klein has allegedly taken to assaulting the internet with the hopes of clearing his name. These accounts which have his name on them have no form of verification. The Twitter account which holds his name doesn't possess a "verified" checkmark. Nevertheless, I do truly believe these Facebook and Twitter accounts belong to none other than Dr. Arnold Klein. The reason I state this is because these accounts have had access to documentation that no parody account would have. I have reviewed what is alleged none of this is working for me. This seems to be a case of severe abuse regarding a medical license in my opinion. All of the ranting in the world can't cover up the amounts of Demerol which Dr. Arnold Klein saw fit to administer to Michael.

Now we have another garbage chapter in the debacle called Dr. Arnold Klein! Being as paranoid as he is--he has taken to every social network accessible to him initiating a flurry of midnight tirades and rants. What is even more weird about this is that he doesn't appear to be fully lucid during these late night rants. Dr. Arnold Klein is in the middle of bankruptcy proceedings with former employees of his. This includes his cohort Jason Pfeiffer who alleged that Michael Jackson was gay which was totally fictitious. If these were the friends of Michael Jackson imagine how much worse his enemies were. Here we have Dr. NO who just slandered Michael's name and character as a man with vicious lies after his death. Then you actually expect for me to believe that the releasing of Michael's medical records had nothing to do with you?
He has accused people of everything! The accusations range from attempting to drug him--unbeknownst to him--to trying to kill him. Here he is discussing the medical record of his former patient. In my opinion it appears that this practice is fine if Dr. Arnold Klein is selling stories to tabloids to deal with his bankruptcy issues. It is just a way to secure some needed cash! I ponder if Dr. Arnold Klein's medical practice is still pulling in the A List clientele that it used to. Most likely it's not as a direct result of this scandal and his persistent presence in the press, tabloids, social media (CNN), and social networking sites(Facebook/Twitter)! Then to top it off with what he's alleged there is a grey area and on one of those Twitter or Facebook accounts he stated that those weren't his medical records!

Didn't he say that Judge Pastor allowed them to lie about his medical records? Well if they were he needs to be contacting The Commission on Judicial Performance! Basically he's stating that the records presented in that trial were not his part of his medical chart for Michael. Well if this is true why not take this all the way. I have noticed people send smoke signals and blow stacks. You can say anything but what you put in formal writing is what counts. He hasn't put that statement in formal writing. He has betrayed the honor of the duck!

Well we can end this blog on this note. Above is a piece of correspondence allegedly sent to Dr. Arnold Klein via his attorney in which the attorney has recused himself of his duties as Dr. Arnold Klein's counsel. Here's what I will say:
I will say that by right the California Medical Board may issue a Formal Letter of Reprimand thus applying a blemish to the otherwise pristine medical license record of Dr. Arnold Klein. However, they just may choose to make an example out of Dr. Arnold Klein and shock us all. They could put him on probation or depending on how they should choose to view some of his alleged derogatory commentary toward them via the Facebook account which is currently open to the general public for all to see. While many may say that what he states isn't going to be taken into consideration I beg to differ!
Actually I think if this indeed is him he should shut up while he's ahead of the game. He must have a stash of money for him to lean on when they pull the proverbial medical license rug from up under his feet. Perhaps he does who knows? I know he should refrain from mentioning Michael Jackson ever again. He hasn't been a friend to Michael. He's done some very dreadful and nasty things to Michael's legacy with his lies and insinuations. Friends don't do things like this to friends. And if he cared anything about Michael when he knew that he was in this state he would have made sure he sought help for him.
