Yes people it's me again here to tell you all about obtaining court transcripts and records. This time around, you will get the truth as I know no other way to do this. If there is anyone claiming that they are being charged exuberant fees for obtaining court documents and that they need donations I would ask why? Yes, transcripts can get expensive depending on how many pages you require.
There is actually no need to obtain any transcripts due to the fact that the trial will be televised. What we should do in all actuality is record the actual trial! Moreover, this in fact means that you can see this and what is being stated verbatim as opposed to looking through transcripts.Furthermore, I question the accuracy of sites doing this as some of them leave out huge portions of the transcripts. I also need to state for the record that if it is not in the televised version of the trial more than likely it will be sealed or redacted in the court transcripts.
To ensure accuracy it is suggested that you watch the proceedings from television as you can get a better understanding from them. I do hope that the coverage for the trial is in real-time and not recorded so that no editing or omissions are possible. The televised proceedings will be as close to that court room as you can get without being physically present.

I have to question their motivation--getting people to click ads/requesting donations so that they can get paid from your patronage. If you notice this blog has no ads or donation requests present. I have elected to refrain from collecting money for what it is that I do and so have my colleagues. I do this for Michael. I like to write and it is my personal way of thanking him for all of the artistry, dedication, and life's lessons I have been taught via his medium of music. We are nearing a time of true intentions being revealed. I welcome this with open arms (X1 Smiles). If you do what you do for Michael from your heart--there is no price tag on any of it.
To further expand if there is a reason that you require monetary support from the supporters and fans be admirable and honest about it--do not seek to deceive! I am quite sure that there is lots of overhead in any donations procured from any website which is stating to publish transcripts. This is just a simple matter of math here and what you are getting per click when it comes to ads or donations. There is no sure fire way to establish the amount of money which is procured by requesting donations from any individuals or what someone's good hard earned cash is being used for. Please note that some documents may or may not fall under the scope of public record. You may be able to get these public records (court records) at no cost or only minimal costs over the web yourself, or in some cases, media outlets may post them for you which has been the case for many court filings already.

There have been noticeable developments regarding a website where court transcripts of the hearings since the first arraignment of Dr. Conrad Murray had been uploaded to. The links to the relevant court dates and transcripts are disabled now. The background for this is that providing access to these transcripts is in direct violation of California law: ______________________

The owner of this website had issues with copyrighted materials before (I am not saying the official court transcripts are copyrighted as they are not - I am drawing a structural parallel here) where the source was not researched properly. Now the owner of this website ran into another issue, quite publicly again, because apparently there was no or very limited research on the nature of the material under question carried out. It strikes me as if someone - desiring to be the first beyond the stakes - forgets what Thomas Edison once said:
"Genius is one percent inspiration, ninety-nine percent perspiration."
Or, in the words of some John Ruskin:
"In Notes by Mr Ruskin on His Collection of Drawings by the late J. M. W. Turner, 1878, he made the observation that: I know of no genius but the genius of hard work."
Nevertheless, transcripts and court documents are not unattainable. Court transcripts can be huge--I mean many pages and very long due in part to their double spacing and formatting standards. As a matter of fact, court transcripts can be obtained by contacting the clerk of the court. In Los Angeles, California the court clerk will then direct you to a court reporter to discuss the transcript you are placing an order for. There are plenty of U.S. Federal & State laws which facilitate obtaining court documents in general below you may reference a few applicable laws which govern this:

When the legislature enacted CPRA, it expressly declared that "access to information concerning the conduct of the people's business is a fundamental and necessary right of every person in this state."Indeed, in California "access to government records has been deemed a fundamental interest of citizenship" and has emphasized that "maximum disclosure of the conduct of governmental operations [is] to be promoted by the act." It is important that everyone understand that if you print a huge amount of case documents which are not what you are looking for it will not cost you a small fortune. The information below is regarding what attorneys submit to Pacer as well as the actual Pacer Electronic Guide so that you will know your way around when you get there. If they are not accessible via electronic means you can contact the respective court clerk and request information regarding seeking to obtain a copy of transcripts or public court documents (those which have not been sealed.)

So you see anyone at all can get their hands on these documents. It is not necessary to click until you have Carpal Tunnel Syndrome just to line the pockets of anyone else. Thus, being that the trial of Conrad Murray will be a televised and public event there is no need to obtain court transcripts. One more thing while the words on your site may be copywritten the court documents are not. A copywritten work is an original work. So therefore, all of this attempting to copyright court documents is very amateur as any skilled person knows that this is not possible! This is not only silly it is embarrassing as well! Beyond that Article 10 of The Universal Declaration of Human Rights which is part of the U.N. Charter Law states that Conrad Murray has the right to a fair and public hearing. This is the way things are set up not just here in the U.S.--this is established under U.N. International Charter Law as well. Even criminals have a certain set of rights. Again, his trial will be televised so what is the reason to spend endless hours in gaining access to these court transcripts?

We should make it very clear here that if you study the documents adduced that court transcripts are not deemed to be original work. They are mere transcripts of what other people stated in court. The court reporters or the courts do not create this content, they transcribe/record this content for further reference.
With the Sixth Amendment, a defendant is entitled to not just a speedy, but also a public trial as this will ensure the public can witness a trial and thus wrongs may be prevented:

The court records/transcripts are a means for the broad public to convince themselves that the proceedings are lawful and observe the constitution of the United States of America. Not all interested citizens may fit into a tiny court room. TV coverage will not remedy this as there is no guarantee everything is covered with no omissions or specific cuts or comments that convey opinions. Court transcripts/records are complete, real-time and impartial.
Thus, not just that court transcripts/records do not constitute original works, they also serve an important role in relation to the observation of constitutional rights. For these two reasons the are made accessible for the broad public to ensure the people have access to them when they wish so.
Obtaining court documents or court transcripts is not magic. Any of us can do this- we have shown you the ways. It is important, that we, the public, obtain as much first-hand and factual information about the People v. Conrad Murray as we can. This is nothing to boast about or sensationalize - Michael was not boastful either but is described as a humble and modest person. It is something we just need to do - for Michael.

Did these Keystone Coppers just botch the footage or potentially damage the prosecution's evidence by presenting reasonable doubt as to just who administered a lethal dose of Propofol to Michael Jackson???
According to earlier reports close to June 25th there were a multitude of stories which consisted of how these tapes went "MISSING" from Michael's house. Now the story is that the tapes were erased due to the stupidity of the LAPD???!!! Mind you reports state that only four minutes of the tapes were viewed!
YES, just how do you locate something--find it--then loose it again??? Just how is this possible? ___________________________

"LAPD officers removed the footage when establishing a timeline of the day Jackson died, but only viewed four minutes worth. It's said that the footage would show who entered Jackson's house and when, which could either prove Murray's guilt or exonerate him. However, with the footage gone there is no way of knowing for sure."
With all these facts which they allege, they are actually starting to show that this is some sort of cover-up by releasing media/tabloid reports like this! If you take a clear look at what is being stated here--now the defense is requesting an FBI First Generation Fingerprint of this syringe which Conrad Murray so conveniently claims that Michael must have broken by himself!
This would support the defense theory of self administration and without anyone's testimony/video surveillance evidence to refute or corroborate anything! This is like strengthening this "Reasonable Doubt x 10" = ???
Conrad Murray could have just as easily added Michael's fingerprint to that syringe! Who is to say that Conrad Murray while calling all of these people on his cellphone was not working in a most calm & calculated way with malice and intent? Yes, with Michael passed out--he could have just as easily had time to actually take Michael's hand and place his fingerprint on that syringe!

"The surveillance video of Michael Jackson's home the day he died has been erased -- lost forever, because the LAPD never knew MJ's death would turn into a criminal case. TMZ broke the story ... the LAPD only copied 4 minutes of footage from the surveillance videos trained on Michael's house the day he died. The video shows Jackson coming home from rehearsal at around 12:30 AM. Dr. Conrad Murray's lawyers will ask a judge today to order authorities to turn over the nearly 24 hours of surveillance video surrounding MJ's death. But here's what we found out. The tape recirculates every 24 hours, and when the LAPD pulled the video shortly after MJ's death, the case was not a homicide investigation so all cops wanted to do was establish a time line -- so the only relevance of the video was showing when MJ entered the home. We're told cops never looked at the rest of the surveillance video."
Now they must assume that we don't remember the things they put in print! However, I do remember these things and every time I see something which is not on point I am going to highlight it & pinpoint it!
How in one breath can news media/tabloid outlets report that Michael's tapes went "mysteriously missing" from his LA mansion and then in another state that only four minutes of the surveillance tapes were viewed! Furthermore, under who's authority were these "Keystone Coppers" (which were on the location at the time) when they decided NOT to seize & duplicate that footage! I am told that every investigation into a death is supposed to be observed down to the most minute detail. How can you determine if there was foul play involved if you do not have all of the evidence?
I am clear that this was done under the assumption--yet again--that because Conrad Murray was supposedly a doctor that there was no need to venture any further into what transpired on that fateful day of June 25th, 2009!
If something like this were known to have transpired by the public on or close to June 25th there would have been immediate outrage--they knew this! The truth of this situation here is that information was withheld from the public to prevent this! There would have been talk of a botched investigation had this have surfaced during this time! It has also been stated that the footage would have shown the goings and comings of many people... Now this is something to consider here!

For quite some time now I have been analyzing articles which were published regarding Michael Jackson via Deepak Chopra. This was a subject of deep rooted interest because of all the different situations which Michael encountered during his lifetime. I began to analyze the people who claimed to be in his inner circle with the utmost scrutiny.

What I required above all was comprehension--a comprehensive understanding with respect to how and why all of these "do gooders" were around Michael. Moreover, none of them panned out to be any type of support mechanism in any capacity or fashion. They did not seem to assist Michael in anyway when he required vital and good people to be in his corner the most. Michael was a kind soul and he befriended many people as Michael did not judge.
To add to Michael's non-judgmentalism it is very imperative that we realize--Michael explored many things. There was once a Diane Sawyer interview in which Michael stated that he liked to study things. As I have stated once before Michael got deep into the science of things such as the poetic writings of Rabindranath Tagore and meditation.
Conscience Levitation! Using the status of others for leverage to propel your own hidden agenda.
What really got me interested in Deepak Chopra was plain ole' curiosity. Deepak Chopra is associated with people that are considered "New Agers"--and please do allow me to welcome you to the realm of conscience evolution! Now conscience evolution is based upon quantum physics in some capacity. Most people that study the new age doctrine believe in the power of thought having the ability to make change happen. Although I agree with some of this conceptually I question the theoretical basis of their agenda.
I say this because the individuals which practice conscience evolution wish to label us as co-creative humans and state that we have "God Like" powers. It has always been in the mind of man to think or aspire to be more than he is--and in some capacity we all do. Moreover, this doctrine including the people which practice it have taken science in tow and they are now stating with all the technology that we have--that this is the answer to the deep mysteries of life. *I don't think so to know this you would have to be the creator.

Deepak Chopra has been known to travel in the same circles with a woman by the name of Barbara Marx Hubbard. Ms. Hubbard has no relation to L. Ron Hubbard or Dianetics--but if you look closely you will see conceptually it is the same agenda along with many others. What really got me interested in Ms. Hubbard was the fact that she received an endorsement from Mr. Chopra on her website and henceforth began my digging into any content that I could find on Ms. Marx Hubbard. I was simply attempting to address some commentary which she had made. This commentary was serious, as well as very alarming! Ms. Marx Hubbard's declaration was regarding mankind and the right to choose life or death for all of humanity. Her offensive spiel was a diatribe and a prelude to darkness. I feel that she most certainly should be required to account for these statements which speak of crimes toward the human condition.

It seems that to promote this agenda the new agers went and obtained the artistic services of Michael's old friend Ms. Siedah Garrett. Please read the information provided below it will shock you truly based upon what Ms. Hubbard has stated above! I don't think this statement above honors Michael in any instance! Honestly, I don't think Michael promoted this agenda--it does most certainly not promote humanity!
Michael was non-judgmental and he would befriend anyone. Be this as it may, I don't think he would support certain things. You even have some people that are "New Agers" which are under the notion that we should do away with all religion in place of this new doctrine. I ponder is this true? Well, what do you think? I do not subscribe to this therefore, I think there is not a place for me when this new age doctrine should come into play. No--I am not a religious fanatic. I will not renounce The Creator for anyone. I cannot speak for you and you have your own decisions to make. To each his own and these are my beliefs others may differ with what I have stated! My personal question and statement which I pose to the "New Agers" is how can you claim to have "God Like" powers if you did not create humanity or the earth? And what/who gives you the right to request that people renounce and discard their religion, faith, or belief systems in favor of what you propose? Individuality makes each person unique, and that means choice--don't you ever forget it. The right to choose the correct journey of spiritual existence for one's self is fundamentally a human right of individuality.
