PHARMACEUTICAL TREASURE TROVE BEWILDERING!!! HOW??? JUDGE MICHAEL PASTOR

JUDGE PASTOR ONE OF THE TOUGHEST, SMARTEST ARBITRATORS IN THE US

X1:

There was an article which I ran across that hinted at Michael having a pharmaceutical treasure trove that was bewildering! I am about to address that because it is bothering me very much. Anything that Michael had in his home he had gotten it by the way of the doctors which administered it to him.

Conrad Murray's girlfriend (Nicole Alvarez) has testified that she received shipments at her residence from Applied Pharmacies! So how does the defense presume all that anesthesia got there in the first place. Number one you cannot just get Propofol over the counter. Therefore, in order for Michael to have obtained this drug--or for it to have been present at his residence it had to have gotten there by way of someone which had the power to administer it!

When you take a look at the coroner's report there are some medicines; however, not a treasure trove of medication. We are clear that the bottles of Propofol were put there by Conrad Murray--he placed them there. We are also clear that according to the Coroner's Report there is no Hydrocodone listed. Where did this miraculous bottle of Hydrocodone (Vicodin) appear from? It most certainly is not listed in the Coroner's Report! Therefore, now I am going to have to ask if they are telling us the entire story here or are they leaving out any pertinent information? Pardon me, however I don't recall seeing any Hydrocodone listed in the medications list included in the Coroner's report. Listed in that report were the medications alleged to have been taken into custody for evidential purposes. To my knowledge there is no listing of any of these pain medications which are as follows:

Hydrocodone, Hydormorphone, Oxycodone, Morphine, and Codine were listed as ND (Not Determined) in Michael Jackson's toxicology report. Now again I pose this question: where did this bottle of Hydrocodone appear from???

What I see here is the media attempting to sensationalize the finding of these medications as if Michael had the power to obtain these medications on his own! The reality of the situation is someone filled out these scripts on a controlled substance prescription pad because some of these things you cannot get with a normal prescription!

Now, if you observe a quote from this article below it states the following:

  • "Dr Murray, 57, who was the singer’s personal physician, sits taking notes on a yellow pad, and watches, his face an emotionless mask, as the evidence against him is projected on a 10ft by 6ft screen a few feet to his left. It includes paramedic reports, a stark photograph of the rumpled bed in which Jackson died, and references to a bewildering array of painkilling drugs, some of which Dr Murray allegedly failed to tell paramedics he had administered."

  • "A coroner's investigator testified Friday that she recovered a dozen bottles of propofol from the closet of Michael Jackson's bedroom, including an empty bottle found on the floor near his bed. Propofol is the surgical anesthetic that the Los Angeles County coroner concluded killed Jackson when it was combined with sedatives given the pop star to help him. Seven pill bottles containing prescription sedatives were found on the nightstand next to the bed where Jackson was sleeping, Coroner's Investigator Elissa Fleak said."

  • "Judge Michael Pastor, who has been described as "one of the toughest, smartest" arbiters of justice in the US, was appointed as the judge in Murray's involuntary manslaughter case, which began on Monday at the Los Angeles Superior Court. He has overseen cases involving topless pictures of Cameron Diaz and Jason Priestley's DUI."

  • "Two jurors got the boot for misconduct yesterday in the trial of a photographer accused of attempting to blackmail actress Cameron Diaz into buying topless photos she posed for before she was famous. An angry Judge Michael Pastor sent two jurors packing after one loudly expressed his opinion about computer evidence and the other approached a computer expert witness to ask advice during a recess. "I am going to dismiss both. Both have engaged in prejudicial misconduct and both have willfully violated my orders," Pastor fumed while the entire jury was kept outside the courtroom."

  • "L.A. Superior Court Judge Michael E. Pastor rejected a request by the state's medical board to suspend Dr. Conrad Murray's license to practice medicine. In his ruling, Pastor noted that another judge at Murray's arraignment earlier this year restricted the physician's use of the drug propofol and other strong anesthetics as part of his bail conditions. Pastor said the law did not allow him to change Murray's bail terms unless there was a change in circumstances. He said nothing had changed since the arraignment. Pastor left open the possibility of reconsidering Murray's bail -- including whether he could practice medicine -- after he hears testimony in the case at a later preliminary hearing. He said his ruling did not prevent the medical board from seeking to suspend Murray's license at an administrative proceeding."

Now the way this journalist has written that segment of the article this appears to be very suggestive! With the media you cannot ever tell if you are getting at the root of what is the truth. I state this because they have a tendency to engross things that are really not at all the way they seem via exploitation. Now if there was a host of pain killing medication then which ones were they--narcotics--non-narcotics? You can have painkillers that are non-narcotic--just take a look at ibuprofen (Motrin)!

If this journalist is writing an article isn't it his job to be as specific as possible and highlight all of what is factual. Do not mention painkillers under a trial where over-medication is being cited and don't inform the reader of what medications they are. This in itself is a very biased practice and it leaves the reader open to assume the wrong things!

Now watch how Sprocket clears this up by stating what Ms. Fleak said! So now we have looked at the Coroner's report and established this medication Hydrocodone was not listed!

___________________

Ms. Fleak LA Co. Coroner Investigator stated the following according to Sprocket Blog:

"DDA Q: What did you recover?

Fleak: Flomax, clonazapam, diazapam, lorazapam, tomazapam, trazadone, and tiziandine. [ed. note: will research and clarify for accuracy]

Also collected several pill bottles, tubes of lotion. Hydrocodone [ed. note: Vicodin]. Tube of Lidocane lotion that was it on the nightstand [ed. note: Lidocaine lotion may have been used to reduce pain when starting IV].

Overall, I would like to state that this is a circus where can you get accurate information from if there are biased articles being written wich don't include all of the facts??? The inconsistancies are baffeling and a mystery to the general public that just wants the truth. So does the family of Michael Jackson--all they want is the truth! Can we after being fed bunches of lies an non-factual content for once get the truth? Can we really get to the core of what happened on June 25th, 2009? It is high time that we all do!
